2 shaft pvc cling film slitter rewinder integrates precise slitting, intelligent rewinding, electrostatic adsorption, hot wire cutting, and automatic finished product ejection. It is specifically designed for large-scale processing of cling film, creating an automated production line suitable for various food-grade cling films such as PE, PVC, and PVDC cling film.
Features:
1. Machine adopts a dual-station independent winding system, with one station for material transfer and winding, and the other for simultaneous operation, ensuring seamless, continuous operation and significantly improving efficiency.
2. Machine is equipped with an electrostatic adsorption device, ensuring tight and wrinkle-free film surface during rewinding, effectively preventing loose or misaligned film layers, resulting in a tight and flat finished roll.
3. Hot wire cutting replaces traditional blade cutting, resulting in a smooth, burr-free cut without adhesive residue, perfectly suited for various thicknesses of cling film.
4. After the product is slit and rewound to the preset length, the hot wire cutting is automatically triggered, and the finished product is automatically ejected.
