Machine is works with two shaft device,once one roll is finished, it will be automatically switch to next shaft for continuous rewinding.

Through the straight knife slitting system, the jumbo roll is slit into multiple narrow rolls according to buyer's individule requirements.

Each station is equipped with an independent rewinding shaft, which is rewound through the air shaft to ensure uniform rewinding tightness and neat end faces.

Electrostatic adsorption system: The electrostatic adsorption system applies a controllable electrostatic field to the film through an electrostatic generator before rewinding, so that the wrapping film fits the core smoothly to avoid wrinkles and bubbles.
