1. Handmade packaging

This type of packaging is a relatively simple stretch film packaging. The stretch film is installed on a rack or handheld device, and the tray packaging material is produced by the enterprise or the film is rotated around the tray. Mainly used for repackaging damaged pallets and ordinary pallets. The packaging speed is slow, and the appropriate film thickness is 15-20um.

2. Sealed packaging

This packaging is similar to shrink film packaging. Wrap the stretch film tray on the tray, and then use two hot clips to heat seal the film at both ends together. This is the early use of wrapping film, and more and more packaging forms have been developed now.

3. Full width packaging

This type of packaging requires a film width that can cover the tray, and the tray shape is regular, suitable for a film thickness of 17-35 microns.

4. Packaging of pipes and cables

The packaging equipment is installed at the end of the production line, and the fully automatic stretch film can not only replace tape for packaging, but also play a protective role, with a suitable thickness of 15-30um.

5. Paper tube packaging

This is one of the new uses of stretch film, which is better than old cardboard packaging. The applicable film thickness is 30-120um.
